Data Storage: Science of Fragrance B.V. stores and uses your information for a certain period. Science of Fragrance B.V. will no longer use your data for marketing purposes after 10 years from the time of the last interaction (e.g., the last brochure or the last email activity, etc.) or from the time you request Science of Fragrance B.V. to stop using your information for marketing purposes, whichever comes first. Recorded phone calls or voicemails are deleted by default after 30 days unless we have a legal obligation to retain a call for longer.

CCTV footage from our stores is not kept for longer than 4 weeks. Unless we see something suspicious that needs further investigation or the footage needs to be kept longer due to another legal obligation.

Data we use to prevent fraud is kept for as long as necessary.
